Ratings and replies to reviews
Customers rate the author and leave a review. You can reply to every review.
Map point and district
Mark your place on the map. Customers see the district — Ham Tien, central Mui Ne, Fishing Village, Hon Rom, Phan Thiet or Ke Ga — and for cafés, salons, bike and car rentals, sports and kite schools, clinics, kids’ centres and visa offices also a map with a Directions button. Housing shows only an approximate area: you share the exact address in the chat.
iPhone app
LocalGo is on the App Store; the Android version is coming soon to Google Play. On Android and on a computer everything works at localgo.city.
Checked by a moderator
A moderator reviews every listing before it goes live. If something needs changing, you will see their comment.
How to publish a listing in 3 steps
- Sign in to LocalGo with Google, Telegram or an e-mailed code; in the LocalGo iPhone app you can also sign in with Apple.
- Fill in the provider profile: your name or business name, your city and 1 to 5 service categories. Optionally add Telegram, WhatsApp, Zalo or a phone number and choose the languages for each — the LocalGo chat is always on. Listings are published under this name, and you can add a map point once the profile is saved.
- Create a listing in the “Stays” section: title, description, price in dong and at least one photo. Tap Submit listing for review — once a moderator approves it, it appears in the catalogue.
What to prepare
- Up to 8 recent photos: rooms, bathroom, kitchen, view, entrance and parking.
- Nightly or monthly price in dong and what it includes: electricity, water, internet, cleaning.
- District and map point, and how far the beach is on foot.
- Terms: deposit, minimum stay, check-in and check-out times.
Frequently asked questions
How do I find tenants for my place in Mui Ne?
Publish a listing in the Stays section of LocalGo with real photos, a nightly or monthly price and a map point. Tourists and residents of Mui Ne browse the section and message the author in the built-in chat. The catalogue is new, so we do not promise a number of enquiries; placement is free until 1 December 2026.
Can I rent out both nightly and monthly?
Yes. Set the main price and what it is for — a night or a month — and describe the other option in the text. If you have several apartments or rooms, make a separate listing for each so guests can choose more easily.
Do I have to show my exact address?
No. Put a point on the map: for housing, guests see only the district and an approximate area. You share the exact address in the chat once you agree.
How much does it cost to list in the “Stays” section on LocalGo?
Placement is free until 1 December 2026. A listing is published for 30 days and renewed with one tap in My listings, without another review. You do not need to pay an invoice.
How do I chat with tourists if I do not speak their language?
In the LocalGo chat every message has a Translate button: the text is translated into your app language — Vietnamese, Russian, English, German or Chinese — and the original is kept. Listing titles and descriptions are translated too. You do not need to pick a chat language: the LocalGo chat works in any language with translation. If you add Telegram, WhatsApp or Zalo to your profile, choose the languages you use there.
When will my listing appear in the catalogue?
After a moderator reviews it. Tap Submit listing for review and follow the status in My listings. If something needs changing, the moderator’s comment appears there. The provider profile is also reviewed before your first listing goes live.
Message the LocalGo team on Telegram: we can help you fill in the provider profile, set up a listing and fix anything the moderator commented on.
