Chat with translation
Customers write in their language, you reply in yours. The Translate button under a message translates it into your app language: Vietnamese, Russian, English, German or Chinese. The original is kept.
Your Telegram, WhatsApp and Zalo
Add your messengers to the provider profile and they appear on your listings next to the LocalGo chat.
Ratings and replies to reviews
Customers rate the author and leave a review. You can reply to every review.
Map point and district
Mark your place on the map. Customers see the district — Ham Tien, central Mui Ne, Fishing Village, Hon Rom, Phan Thiet or Ke Ga — and for cafés, salons, bike and car rentals, sports and kite schools, clinics, kids’ centres and visa offices also a map with a Directions button. Housing shows only an approximate area: you share the exact address in the chat.

How to publish a listing in 3 steps
- Sign in to LocalGo with Google, Telegram or an e-mailed code; in the LocalGo iPhone app you can also sign in with Apple.
- Fill in the provider profile: your name or business name, your city and 1 to 5 service categories. Optionally add Telegram, WhatsApp, Zalo or a phone number and choose the languages for each — the LocalGo chat is always on. Listings are published under this name, and you can add a map point once the profile is saved.
- Create a listing: title, description, price in dong and at least one photo. Tap Submit listing for review — once a moderator approves it, it appears in the catalogue.
What to prepare
- Photos: recent and real, one to eight per listing — you cannot submit without at least one.
- A price in dong — exact or “from”, or mark it negotiable — and what it is for: night, day, hour, lesson or trip.
- A map point (optional): for cafés, salons, rentals, schools and clinics customers see the place and a Directions button; for housing only the district and an approximate area, and you share the exact address in the chat.
- Description: what the price includes, terms, deposit, opening hours.
- Contacts for your profile: Telegram, WhatsApp or Zalo — optional, the LocalGo chat is always there.

Can I show my Telegram, WhatsApp or Zalo?
Yes. Contacts from your provider profile appear on your listings next to the LocalGo chat. If you prefer not to share them, the LocalGo chat is enough.
